飲食要適度

要小心,不要讓你的肚子填滿食物和飲品,因為那對你的身體是有害的,那會導致疾病,也會導致禮拜時的慵懶。飲食要適度,這樣,你就會擁有健康的身體,也能最大限度地摒棄奢華浪費。
